前任FF全球CEO毕福康已经于2022年12月26日辞去FFIE董事会职务，FF全球CEO陈雪峰（“XF”）接替毕福康先生担任FFIE董事会执行董事。

孙可女士曾担任中国福建省电动车公司云度新能源汽车有限公司的首席财务官。2017年9月至2019年5月，孙女士担任独立财务顾问并协助HoloMatic Technology Ltd的融资工作。在此之前，孙女士自2016年6月起就职于世界500强企业北京汽车集团的子公司北京汽车股份有限公司(HKG:1958)，并于2016年9月至2017年9月担任该公司董事会秘书。在加入北京汽车之前，孙女士曾在一家中国互联网公司和一家全球媒体集团的战略投资团队任职。 孙女士获得中国大连海事大学国际金融法学士学位。 同时持有上海证券交易所董事会秘书证书及中国证券投资基金业协会基金从业资格证书。 孙女士凭借其在大型公司董事会治理、金融和投资方面的专业知识以及在汽车行业的广泛背景，在 FF 董事会任职。

盛杰先生，39岁，自2022年6月起担任FF Global Partners LLC的运营和财务总监。FF Global Partners LLC全资控股的子公司FF Top是公司最大的股东。盛先生在2018年10月至2022年6月期间担任中国航油（欧洲）有限公司的副总经理，该公司是新加坡交易所上市公司中国航油（新加坡）股份有限公司（"CAO"）的全资子公司，而CAO又是中国航空油料集团公司（"CNAF"）的控股子公司。中国航空油料集团公司是一家财富500强企业，也是中国最大的国有航空油料供应商，是集中国航空油品采购、运输、储存、质量管理、销售、加注为一体的航油供应商。

盛先生在2008年10月至2018年10月期间担任中国航油（北美）有限公司的财务总监，该公司也是中国航空油料集团的全资子公司，负责在北美进行航空燃料采购，供应航空油料，并从事通用航空相关事业。盛先生于2008年毕业于University of Essex主修会计和金融经济学并获得硕士学位。
